We can often give you a rough idea of the cost of
most work over the telephone if you call the Bookings and Customer
Enquiries lines. We also give estimates on a free callout basis
only to a limited number of calls per day (these can be booked
up for up to 14 days.
However, if you require us to call out to give an estimate sooner,
rather than later, leave a message on this service

| Emergency aerial
repairs after storms: |
This service is available after severe storms, when
it is often very difficult to get through on busy telephone lines.
If the aerial has been brought down by severe gales
or storms, was working well before it came down, and is still
by the chimney or leaning over on a wall bracket, we can make
repairs when you are not there.
These repairs are fitted in as quickly as possible,
usually within a few days, but when extreemy busy, or when it
is still dangerously windy, can take longer.

and the work will be carried out without any further contact
with the invoice being sent through the post. If in doubt, or

For bookings and general enquiries,

which will give you an alternative telephone number to call if
there is no one available to take your call.

(if no one is available, leave your number and you will be called
back as quickly as possible.
