AFTER STORM DAMAGE ETC:

1. Was the aerial working well before it was damaged.

2. Is the aerial still there.

3. Is the aerial lying on a roof, or leaning?

4. Is the is the aerial visibly swinging in the wind?

 

FOR NEW OR ADDITIONAL POINTS:

1. Which room(s) (front and back, ground, or 1st., 2nd., 3rd. floors etc.) require an aerial point?

2. Which rooms (front and back, ground, or 1st., 2nd., 3rd. floors etc.) already have television aerial points?

 

We will do our very best to help you as much as we can, during very busy periods, but working long hours to get the jobs done well and ensuring that elderley prople, with no satellite or cable alternatives, get helped quickly, has to be our main priority.
