regarding
"Call-out" charges & "Cancellation" fees.

"Do you have a 'call-out' charge?" is a sensible, and not unreasonable, question to ask.

In an attempt to be as fair as possible, and to avoid increasing our running costs (making our charges to other customers higher), Cullercoats Aerial Services DO have a "call-out" charge.

£95.00

BUT in some cases a "call-out" charge is NOT made
and in nearly ALL other cases a substantial discount, of up to 75% is given
(provided the charge is paid within 14 days).

ESTIMATES:

Cullercoats Aerial Services used to automatically give free estimates,
but because many people abused this service
(and on some days we were making more estimates than actually doing jobs)
we now make only ONE or TWO free call-out per day
and there is sometimes a 14 day waiting list.
To book for a free estimate, you must call before 0800hrs. in the morning.
All other estimates are charged at £95
(but only if the estimate is not accepted within 28 days).

CALL-OUT CHARGE:

Our "call-out" charge is not added to the normal charges for work and materials;
however, we do reserve the right to charge for time booked
or for any loss of income due to
loss of work - resulting, directly (or indirectly)
from a customer failing to keep an appointment
or failing to allow the booked work to be carried out.

CANCELLATION FEE:

Cullercoats Aerial Services DO have a cancellation fee,
which will be charged if an appointment cannot be kept - due to the cancellation (at any time) of any booking, by a customer, or failure to keep an appointment and subsequent cancellation by a customer.

Cullercoats Aerial Services, however, reserve the right to waive charges - only at their discretion and provided no invoice for said charges has been issued.

In cases where it transpires that the customer has booked more than one company to do the work, and makes a cancellation because the work can be, or has been done by the other company, the full charge will be made and no discount offered.
Note: We will not knowingly accept any bookings if another company has already been booked to do the same job.

Cullercoats Aerial Services do our best to be as fair as possible - remembering that running costs must be covered and staff must be paid.
